The story:
The deported kingpin racketeer "Bullets' is looking for a new and secure base for himself and his men, and soon ???Bullets' Town??, an expensive but safe haven for criminals on the run
from the law, is erected outside the Jungle Patrol's and the police's jurisdictions.
When Colonel Weeks' daughter Caroline (see also D090 The Bad Ones) is captured by Bullets' men as insurance policy, a desperate Weeks alerts the unknown Commander, who is faced with the impossible task of clearing out a whole community teeming with dangerous and unpredictable killers...
