A masked giant and his dwarf helper rob traders in the narrow Kaluga Pass, thereby impoverishing the tribes who rely on cross-pass trade. The Phantom's attention, however, is not caught until the giant ventures outside his area and punishes the Oogan tribe for sending a war party.
