Realising that the masked man who is responsible for the skull mark on his jaw is alive after all these years, the ageing mobster Boss Fortunato enters Bangalla on a mission to capture the Ghost Who Walks.

Despite being alerted of the gangster's arrival, the Phantom does not know that the mobster claims to be 125 years old and that he seeks to emulate the Ghost's longevity...
