A band of illegal hunters using a helicopter to reach pristine hunting grounds completely ignore the warnings from Colonel Worubu of the Jungle Patrol and set off to poach the lands belonging to the Wambesi and Llongo tribes, well outside the JP's territorial reach.

It is not long before the Phantom has to deal with the tragic fallout from the poachers' illegal activities: a tiger has been wounded by the hunters and is now indiscriminately attacking victims, and the unscrupulous poachers are targeting an unsuspecting flock of elephants next...
