Prince Womma of Wambesi has been entrusted with the guardianship of the tribe's prized golden necklace, but the playboy is much more interested in a girl at the notoriously murky town bar Red Dragon (formerly known as Blue Dragon; see D148 Return of Gooroo's Mob).

Stealing the necklace one night from the Wambesi village, Wommo dashes back to the bar to show it off, but gets more than he has bargained for when he is drugged, robbed and left to die at a jungle waterhole. The Phantom steps in, only to be re-acquaintance with some villians he knows only to well...
