The story:
Having reluctantly accepted advances from the duplicitous "Count" Slick,
Diana is framed for a murder she did not commit during a fake hold-up and is
forced to join a vast and meticulously well-organised organisation led by the
criminal mastermind Mister Hog.
The Phantom returns to the States to find his "Miss Z" blackmailed into committing crimes. With no time to lose, the Phantom must clear Diana's name and overcome Mister Hog's colossal organisation in its palace hideout...
