Mawitaan is gripped by a strange and seemingly unsolvable mystery: every night someone paints graffiti of a masked man, a white stallion and a grey mountain wolf on public buildings.

Learning of the incriminating art, the Phantom rides to town with a group of Bandar to identify the perpetrator, but the mystery deepens when the artist proves to be a young girl who should never even have heard of him...
