A tranquil evening in the tree house is interrupted by a fire, forcing the Walker family to evacuate in a dramatic fashion. With everybody safely down on the ground, the decision to relocate to the Deep Woods until the base is rebuilt is unanimous.

So once again, the Phantom needs the expert advice from the Rope People, and sets out to consult the treetop tribe. However, on arrival the Phantom learns that the rope experts are facing insurmountable problems of their own...
