The story:
In this chronicle story from 1740, the 10th Phantom is travelling on board a ship outside the coast of Cornwall when a false beacon lures the unsuspecting crew straight into the arms of ship wreckers.
Escaping from the gruesome scene, the Phantom takes refuge in a local magistrate's estate, where his ability to determine who is friend and foe is put to the sternest test...
