Attending the wedding between President Luaga and Miss Tagama (see also S143 Battle of the Jungle Boys), the Phantom subdues an assassin from the dictatorship of Ughland (see D151 Ughland).

The mystery deepens when the 'assassin' turns out to be an Ughland freedom fighter and Miss Tagama/Mrs Luaga is kidnapped on her way to the tree house. All clues point to Ughland...
