The Phantom is on his way back from Walker's Table (see S087 The Massacre) when passed by a reckless motorcycle gang. Having just robbed a gas station and injured the owner, one of the gang members cannot even resist taking a pot shot at ???Mr. Walker??.

Later, the Phantom discovers that the bike gang has stopped at a diner along the desert road. On entering the diner, the Phantom is yet again engulfed by a threatening atmosphere with more mayhem on the way...
