Daily life in the Mori village is shattered when an ancient fortress suddenly rises from under the sea to 'claim revenge' for a long-dead viking king.

A more than puzzled Phantom arrives on the scene and decides to dive under the fortress to determine the reason for the structure's appearance and discover if the ancient legend is true after all...
