Receiving two unexpected but welcome visitors to the Deep Woods, the Phantom and Diana are invited to join Mandrake and Narda on a luxury masquerade cruise ??? with a difference.

Accepting the invitation, the Phantom soon learns from Mandrake that a gold shipment in the cargo bay is the target for an as yet unknown villain, whose masqueraded operatives are already infiltrating the ship...
