The story:
The police is puzzled when a trio of youngsters from the Oongaan tribe, including one of President Luaga's employees, is caught in central Mawitaan carrying human bones in their suitcases.

On learning of the find, the Phantom immediately sees a connection with an Oongaan burial site defended by the 2nd Phantom in what is now Mawitaan and starts shadowing the enigmatic group for clues to an intriguing mystery...
