The story:
The annual renewal of the Phantom's peace treaty 'The Covenant of the Ox' is thrown into chaos when the powerful Llongo and Wambesi suddenly declare war on each other for perceived acts of sabotage.

Trouble is also brewing on another front as a group of ruthless thugs enter the jungle to steal the precious diamonds that the Llongo traditionally sacrifice to their river goddess...
