The story:
A protection racket has taken control of the lucrative trading businesses along Bengali's coast. Entrepreneurs refusing protection are put out of business permanently.

Forced to charge double prices after a massive wholesale price hike, Trader Joe is aided by the Phantom when the latter picks up the trail of the ruthless racketeers...
