The story:
Receiving an urgent summons from Prince Vlad on Eden, the Phantom rushes to his special isle to be told that the Mori fishermen have stopped providing Eden's unique fauna and the jungle peoples with fish.

On learning that the Mori have been forbidden to fish by 'the people of the sea', the Phantom is instructed how to reach the race telepathically before he is forced into the depth and an experience beyond description...
