The story:
A band of modern plane hijackers is spreading mayhem in the high skies with daring robberies that culminate in gang members jumping out of the planes towards their death in a cold and dark sea far below.

The "Suicide Pirates' are soon written off as lunatics, but far away in the Deep Woods somebody is not sure that the case is closed just yet. Following up on the scant leads provided by the victims, the Phantom soon decides to set a trap for the pirates in an effort to infiltrate their group and take the plunge with them...
