300 years ago the cruel highland Queen Samaris I commanded the kingdom's witches to stop her ageing process and turn her into a young and beautiful woman. One witch did so, but warned that the latter must not ever fall in love with a man or the spell would break with disastrous consequences.

300 years later, the Phantom prevents Queen Samaris XII from wreaking havoc with the delicate ecological balance on Eden. Currently looking for a 12^th husband, the young queen first invites and then tricks the Phantom to come to her palace. Could the 300 year old spell still be in force?...
