Garr and Brown, two Jungle Patrol recruits, try to uncover the entity behind the mysterious title "Secret Commander", but are soon outwitted by their target and confined to barracks for a month. After the punishment, Brown visits a town bar against orders, where he is drugged and left unconscious while the persons responsible commit a crime in his JP outfit.
