The story:
A mysterious chain has for decades been attached to the Phantom's skull throne, but nobody seems to know why, except for the old Bandar Woru, who steadfastly refuses to disclose any information apart from merely explaining that it was an order from our Phantom's late father that the truth can only be told ???if and when the time comes??.

Meanwhile, another Phantom-brokered truce is broken between the Llongo and Wambesi. In a rare moment of resignation, the Phantom refuses to get involved again and lets war spread through the jungle. The time has come for Woru to tell the story about the chain...
