The story:
With the Phantom in Volara (see S016 The Scarlet Sorceress), Diana is enjoying a relaxing day at the coast when she mistakenly walks into a Bengali beauty parade organised by Prince Pepe, one of the world's richest men. After winning the pageant but refusing to accept the prince's hand, Diana is kidnapped and forcibly brought to the prince's luxurious palace in Ptjar.

The Phantom is faced with a dilemma when he subsequently reaches Ptjar: perform 12 impossible tasks set by the prince and Diana will be freed, otherwise the prince will marry Diana and kill the Phantom. May the Impossible Games begin...
