The story:
Boarding a train full of soldiers guarding vital military supplies, the Phantom soon learns that a saboteur ring has targeted the train and is aiming to derail it once it reaches the massive High Bridge.

After catching and interrogating two enemy operatives, the Phantom learns that a mysterious organisation with a secret leader is plotting to cripple the nation's industry and that the train attack is merely the first in a series of unscrupulous operations to sow destruction and chaos....
