The story:
Bidding farewell to Captain Savarna and her automated ship (see D225 Crocco Island West), the Phantom returns to the Deep Woods to catch up with unfinished business, including preventing an assassination in neighbouring Ivory Lana.
Setting off to Mawitaan to apprehend the criminals who are planning the murder, the Phantom suddenly needs assistance from the Jungle Patrol, two of whose members still harbour plans to unmask their Secret Commander...
