The story:
Chronicling his efforts in saving two young teenagers from being jailed or killed (see D215 The Crime Apprentices), the Phantom turns his thoughts to his own children and how their unique upbringing as Phantom heirs must be safeguarded.

After consulting Diana, the Phantom surprises young Kit and Heloise by whisking them away from dinner one evening to start a long and arduous jungle trek in which the kids will be left to their own devices in most unforgiving surroundings...
