The story:
Walking the streets of Mawitaan as Mr Walker, the Phantom is alerted to an unusual bank robbery involving hypnotism and a mysterious flower with a fragrance that seems to affect people's minds.

After falling victim to the hypnotist's powers himself, the Phantom picks up the scent at Mawitaan's Botanical Institute and follows it to the deep and unforgiving jungle...
