The story:
Enjoying life as a modern ruler of the ancient kingdom of Baronkhan and being near his peer and beloved Princess Alicia, 12 year old Prince Rex is dismayed to learn that he has to continue his studies in faraway America.

Content that his former ward is receiving the best education possible, the Phantom has to rush to the States when he learns that Rex' has been kidnapped and that a big ransom is demanded for his safe release...
