The story:
Seeking a safe haven in which to set up heroin factories, a drug cartel hastily moves its operations to Bangalla's jungle and devices a cunning plan to destroy the patrol that has kept the peace along the jungle borders ever since it was formed by the 6^th Phantom (see S064 The Founding of the Jungle Patrol).

Shocked by the news that the patrol has been closed down after drugs being found in patrolmen's lockers and Colonel Worobu injecting himself with a high dose, the Phantom asks President Luaga to delay the upcoming trial until he can investigate. But time is running out fast...
