The story:
A U.N. team including Diana Palmer must hurriedly leave the Tropics when an army junta starts a coup against the Dictator-General in Tega. Just before boarding the plane, Diana is asked by one of the General's aides to bring a satchel with her in the diplomatic bag for collection later by a "friend'.

Back at the Palmers' residence in the States, the unsuspecting family is threatened more than once by mysterious men to hand over the satchel. The situation escalates further, and when the Phantom unwittingly turns up for a visit the Palmers' house is under siege by 12 ruthless killers...
