The story:
Bengali is bracing itself for troubled times: a vicious mob calling itself "The Bad Ones' has established a reign of terror in the main town that threatens to spill into anarchy with the police unwilling to intervene and the hoodlums escaping justice on mere technicalities.

Prevented by the town mayor from temporarily increasing his remit to the town, Colonel Weeks of the Jungle Patrol contacts the patrol's unknown commander for advice. The latter decides to take matters into his own hands and visit the town as "Mr. Walker'...
