The story:
A mysterious man riding through the jungle on a donkey and carrying a large drum has the ability to make his listeners display the emotions or actions he desires by just tapping a magic rhythm on his instrument.

This seems impossible, but is not so since the man is the last survivor of a tribe whose hypnotic drum powers terrorized the jungle many decades ago and who was massacred by the jungle folks in an uprising. This man is looking for revenge, and even the Phantom is rendered helpless when confronting the dangerous drummer...
