The story:

In the desert city of Mucar, a thriving slave mart attracts unscrupulous buyers from the whole region. Nobody knows where the "merchandise' comes from or who the masked auctioneer is, not even the prince who is facilitating the slave market in return for great riches.

Meanwhile, the Jungle Patrol is covertly investigating repeated mass breakouts from the Boomsby penitentiary, but is forced to ask its secret commander for help when an undercover patrolman is accused of aiding a breakout.
