Three mysterious and imposing creatures turn up at the Llongo village and force the tribe to obey their commands. It soon becomes apparent that the creatures both want to rob the jungle tribes of their riches and destroy the Jungle Patrol.

Learning about the Ossewey tribe's having to turn over their riches to Llongo's new masters, the Phantom alerts the Jungle patrol of the theft whilst setting his sights on the enigmatic Super Apes...
