The story:
The Phantom saves a mysterious young woman from being robbed in dramatic circumstances in Alexandria, only to find out that she suffers from amnesia and cannot offer any clues about her past.

Feeling suspicious towards a Count Pharaos who claims to be the young woman's guardian and also whisks her away against her will, the Phantom secretly follows the count's party to a remote estate where he must clear several deadly hurdles before he can unravel the complicated mystery surrounding the girl with no memory.
