The story:
Answering a late night call from a trusted informant inside Boomsby Prison, the Phantom is tipped off about an upcoming theft of master dies from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
Heading to the abandoned power plant where the daring crime is being rehearsed in a life-size mock-up of the bureau, the Phantom must act swiftly to thwart an audacious plot – and contend with a surprise or two...
